Steps in Project Implementation

The following are the major steps and estimated time for Energy Efficiency in Building Project:

• Step- 1 : First Energy Health Check (EHC-1). A general overview of the possible overall savings. This service is free of charge

• Step- 2 : First Proposal. An estimated cost savings if the modifications for enery efficiency are implented

• Step- 3 : Second Energy Health Check (EHC-2). Detailed survey of the specific equipment to be modified and installed to guarantee the energy savings. This service is also free of charge.

• Step- 4 : Second Proposal. The proposal already includes the guarantee figures for the energy saving and also the cost savings after implementation. If owner funds the project, the investment return is around 3(three) years. If investor funds the project, the investment return is about 5(five) years.

• Step- 5 : ESCO Contract is signed if the building owner agrees to the investment schemes and also guarantee figures.

• Step- 6 : Building Renovation started

• Step-7 : Guaranteed period started
